Mr. Sri Harsha Govardhana is the founder and Managing Director of Sarvagnya Solutions Private Limited. A senior corporate leader turned entrepreneur, Harsha leads Sarvagnya Solutions in the niche areas of strategic HR, Training, OD & Transformational Change. Under his leadership Sarvagnya has successfully completed several projects and assignments globally with excellent results to its customers. His outstanding track record and global experience as promoter of Sarvagnya and as CEO, Board Director & Senior HR Leader of large corporate houses is the testament of his credibility and proven performance.

He worked in some well known brands such as Apollo Hospitals, Karvy Data Management, The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, SOL Pharma and Satyam Computers (now Tech Mahindra).

Using his extensive global experience and his remarkable understanding of customer needs, Harsha brings a scientific approach to HR & OD practice. He created a framework called “CHANGE 3S-3P” that helped organisations focus accurately and embrace change. He authored two online psychometric tools, i.e., Sarvaguna Indicator® and PROBEEI, which report amazing insights into the personality of individuals and helped many clients in recruitment decisions and training interventions. He created HR Maturity Model that transformed the HR function of many clients.

He is passionate about the fields of HR & OD. He is a Certified Executive Coach of Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Coaching. He is certified in internationally reputed psychometric tools such as EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360 (Emotional Intelligence), Myers & Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Thomas Profiling and PI’s The Assessment Center.

Harsha is an international motivational speaker and trainer. He trained more than 28,000 people in Leadership & Personality Development and over 12,000 sales professionals. He speaks at various forums such as CII, IIM, IBS, etc.

He has worked and travelled widely across India, US, UK, Germany, Egypt, UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Nepal, Malaysia, Singapore and understands culture and diversity.
