The test has 90 forced choice questions, which may take approximately 15 to 30 minutes time to complete. The test results are substantially the answers expected by the client and published in 14 pages report. The reports provide excellent insights on the client’s personality. The test results are useful for various applications such as leadership development, recruitment & selection and training.
Though the test results may have a subjective nature and may only predict the personality on basis of limited questions, the tool provides a wide range of Indicators to ask clarifying questions to the client to ascertain the facts before making appropriate decisions.
Sarvaguna Indicator® has 10 Competency Scales. Each Competency Scale has two competencies, i.e., one competency on either side of the scale, and they are inversely proportional. Which means that if one competency has the higher value then the other competency value on the same scale will automatically be lower. For example, on a Competency Scale of “Dominant and Accepting,” if “Dominant” is high then “Accepting” will be low and if “Accepting” is high then “Dominant” will be low. In other words, a dominant person will be less “accepting” the view of others, and an accepting person who generally understands others will “dominate” less.
The 10 competency scales are derived from our research of over hundreds of entrepreneurs, business owners, business leaders, professionals, supervisors, associates and students. The sample includes male and female respondents of different age groups predominantly from Indian origin.
